The atmosphere is great and extremely welcoming, the lady was really friendly and had a lot of patience, my daughter has autism and adhd so really str...uggles to sit still I was nervous about her going over the 15min appointment and getting charged extra which I believe is not really fair on sen parents at all to be charged extra for already a stressful situation as many sen children struggle with hair cuts but she managed to sit still in time 👌 I would suggest maybe a sensory corner dedicated with sensory lights , a fish tube ect for disabled children that require extra distraction and calming to help them get through the appointment process more quickly to help avoid needing the extra time Show more
