I’ve been going to Meg for my lashes since February of this year. I gave up with lashes in 2022 as they never stayed on more than a few days, and I al...ways dreaded going to previous lash techs. Since Meg has done my lashes I haven’t stopped! My retention is amazing, and my lashes are an absolute dream! Russians are so fluffy and long yet she always makes them suited to my face and helps tell me what will suit me. Honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! She manages to do the most incredible lashes no matter what style I ask for! I have had Russians, hybrids, fox eyes and classics with Meg and every single set has been perfect. Her being so nice and lovely makes the experience even better 🤍 Truly the best. Lash. Tech. EVER!! Xx Show more

I’ve been going to meg for nearly a year now!! crazy,every appointment she’s never finished without making sure i’m 100% happy with my lashes - which ...i am everytime! but it’s so lovely to go to someone who does genuinely care for their customers she’s so honest and gives the best advice for what’s going to look best ect. I’ve been getting my lashes done for around 5 years now and i’ll never go anywhere else after megan she really is the best ❤️ Show more

couldn’t ask for any better!! i started going to megan for her services just under a year ago and her services have never failed! her brow laminations... always look so fluffy and she will always make sure the colour is even, she will always shape them to ensure they suit you and what you want!!(coming from someone with the blondest brows ever) lashes are by far the best i’ve had. they’ve lasted me full holidays being in and out of the sea, chlorine ect and it’s a very rare occasion they ever fall out!! she goes above and beyond for her clients i honestly could not recommend her enough!!!🫶🏼🫶🏼 Show more

The girl herself was lovely. However the treatments not at all good. My lashes were hanging on for dear life not even 24 hours later & mine and my fri...ends eyebrow lamination was not how we expected nor was the colour right on us. I wasn’t going to leave a review until my friend messaged me to show me her eyebrows and they look so bad and one eyebrow is way darker than the other. I had to ask for a refund for my lashes the day I got them & fair enough the girl gave me one but I travelled quite far and laid down for over 2 hours to be given lashes that looked nothing like the photos & then they started coming off as soon as I left the salon, leaving me looking bare by the end of the day. My eyebrows are not fluffy at all like I’ve previously had done & to keep them up I have had to resort back to using my honey glue brow wax. The photos below are of my lashes the day after I had them done. This girl is really nice, but the work wasn’t up to a professional standard and it’s not nice to be putting this but we are upset we’ve wasted our money. Just be vigilant. Show more

I’m really sorry you had a bad experience, I always hope to make my clients leave the salon feeling confident in their treatments. We have already discussed the issues privately prior to this review in which I refunded you even after I offered to rectify your concerns, aswell as I re did your eyebrow lamination for free. I’m sure you understand how damaging a review like this can be for my small business which I’m working really hard for and feel like this is extremely unjust.
