Fantastic last time I was here but really disappointed today. I was very specific that i was there for the sports massage because of pain / injury und...er my right shoulderblade through my lat / armpit and in my chest musle. All i got was lots of crunching through the top of that shoulder. Kept thinking when she lifted my arm up and when she got me to turn over that she was going to work on it but it never happened. Feel almost worse than when i went in because almost everything has been worked on except where I have pain which is exactly the same as it was. The staff and environment are lovely but unlike my last visit, regret booking today. Suggestion: don't offer sports massage as an option if it's just a generic rub down. Show more

Sadly, I didnt like it. Firstly, I was expecting a Swedish massage (it definitely wasn’t). We felt rushed when getting undressed as they didn’t give u...s much time before they kept trying to come into the room. The pressure was way too much and I had to ask twice for the therapist to go softer because it was hurting. It seems like she gave up after that and was barely massaging me at all, but rather lightly rubbing oil on my skin. There was no variation to the techniques being used, very repetitive and spent a long time on the same few areas. I couldn’t wait for it to end, it felt like such a waste. The ambience was not ideal and we could hear beeping from the next room. Also we had to pay before we had even had the massage. I checked twice that we could pay by card but was asked if we could pay with cash or bank transfer (thankfully they still accepted card payment). It was cheaper than most other places in the area but overall quite disappointed. Show more
