Had the pleasure of getting my eyelashes done and they came out so great! I was so happy with the eyelashes I will defo be back to get them done again...! Lost a lot of lashes within a few days messaged straight away. Sent 3 messages two on text message which is how she communicates if she needs you to a...rrive later and one on Instagram and was ignored. Hi Amy, unfortunately I take all enquiries through the Booksy app now which I have explained before. Due to the volume of messages I get this time of the year it’s impossible to respond to everyone. None of my other clients ever have an issue with retention as proven by my 40+ 5 star reviews. This is an inaccurate review. If you really wanted to get through to me you could have called as you have my mobile number.
