This is a great place to go try on prom dresses, the staff were all so nice and helpful I tried on 8 and this girl can’t remember her name but she tie...d me up in everyone they were also very chatty wich I liked. The actual shop was lovely so many different dresses to choose from and I liked how they had a record of what school what dress was going to so you wouldn’t have the same one which I wouldn’t mind if someone had the same on as me but that might not go for everyone. Every dress as beautiful even if I didn’t like the colour or style they were still amazing. Show more

We had a lovely experience when trying and buying our daughters' prom dress. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful despite being run off the...ir feet. The choice of dress styles and colours was amazing. They also have a log of the schools to avoid duplicate dresses at the prom. Show more

I can't thank the ladies at Deja Elite Boutique enough for making my daughters prom dress shopping experience special. The ladies were so helpful in ...making suggestions of colours and styles. My daughter didn't really know what she wanted. Excellent choice of dresses and colours. Another fantastic benefit is they take the name of the school and do not allow anyone else to purchase the same dress. Highly recommend this shop for prom/occasion wear!! I thought the boutique specialised in prom dresses which it does but there’s also a range of lovely dresses for that special occasion. And for me, tha...t’s my son’s wedding. I got personal service (I would have struggled to find anything suitable in the mountain of dresses on my own) and have ended up with a beautiful designer dress. It needs altered as I’m only 5ft 2 but I was really pleased to hear that the alterations would be done by the designer himself free of charge. Just needed to pay postage. Can’t wait to see my dress again. Show more

Staff and selection of dresses were excellent. My daughter couldn’t decide between 2 dresses that she really liked. We then came back today and bough...t her favourite dress. The sample dress fitted her perfectly and staff suggested we could have sample dress as she was between dress sizes and the sample fitted her so well. Staff were all lovely, no hard-sell and so helpful. Show more

Good morning thank you for your review. I’m sorry the dress your daughter tried & liked had a small gap in the seam below the zip which we hadn’t known about. We endeavour to repair our sample gowns as soon as possible if damages occur and we hadn’t picked up on this one so apologies for this. We did however state we would repair this and additionally we fully intended to discount the dress if this was the one your daughter wanted. As you left the store shortly after without any further discussion we didn’t have the opportunity to discuss your dismay at this or to offer any gesture of discount.
