First time visiting a shop for a Prom dress. As it was an appointment, I expected a little more help & direction. After putting the 4 dresses we picke...d into the changing room, we were pretty much left and my daughter was standing for periods waiting to be tied into/out of her gown while the girl next to us haf 3 staff standing at her dressing area. Im not sure why this was. It was very frustrating as the gowns we tried on ranged from £300-£500 and I would definitely expect more of a personalised service. Pity. No customer toilets either 🙈 Needless to say we didnt buy anything and wouldnt return. Customer service is everything, especially when your spending alot of money. Show more

Staff were super helpful and lovely! Being a larger dress size I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get one but the staff were so helping and had a var...iety of dresses that come in bigger sizes, even if they aren’t in store they make it work! Show more

Really happy with our experience yesterday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a huge range of gowns. My niece was spoiled for choice with t...wo or three real contenders, chose her prom dress and can’t wait to collect it in due course. Although there are other customers there at the same time, it didn’t feel crowded or intrusive and the staff were very attentive to each customer. Show more
