I thought the boutique specialised in prom dresses which it does but there’s also a range of lovely dresses for that special occasion. And for me, tha...t’s my son’s wedding. I got personal service (I would have struggled to find anything suitable in the mountain of dresses on my own) and have ended up with a beautiful designer dress. It needs altered as I’m only 5ft 2 but I was really pleased to hear that the alterations would be done by the designer himself free of charge. Just needed to pay postage. Can’t wait to see my dress again. Show more

Staff and selection of dresses were excellent. My daughter couldn’t decide between 2 dresses that she really liked. We then came back today and bough...t her favourite dress. The sample dress fitted her perfectly and staff suggested we could have sample dress as she was between dress sizes and the sample fitted her so well. Staff were all lovely, no hard-sell and so helpful. Show more

Good morning thank you for your review. I’m sorry the dress your daughter tried & liked had a small gap in the seam below the zip which we hadn’t known about. We endeavour to repair our sample gowns as soon as possible if damages occur and we hadn’t picked up on this one so apologies for this. We did however state we would repair this and additionally we fully intended to discount the dress if this was the one your daughter wanted. As you left the store shortly after without any further discussion we didn’t have the opportunity to discuss your dismay at this or to offer any gesture of discount. First time visiting a shop for a Prom dress. As it was an appointment, I expected a little more help & direction. After putting the 4 dresses we picke...d into the changing room, we were pretty much left and my daughter was standing for periods waiting to be tied into/out of her gown while the girl next to us haf 3 staff standing at her dressing area. Im not sure why this was. It was very frustrating as the gowns we tried on ranged from £300-£500 and I would definitely expect more of a personalised service. Pity. No customer toilets either 🙈 Needless to say we didnt buy anything and wouldnt return. Customer service is everything, especially when your spending alot of money. Show more
