I had an awful journey and ended up 20 mins late, I was so worried and stressed out by the time I arrived. I was greeted with a smile and plenty of re...assurance that it wasn't the drama I thought it would be. Ended up with the perfect cut and was listened to when explaining how I like my hair to be cut.
