Really disappointed that my botox did nothing,even after my top up, ive wasted money and i still look the same unfortunately, really sorry to leave th...is review, 4 weeks later im now having to book again with a different practitioner to get this corrected. Spending the same money again as i was told by you i was not aloud a refund and it could not be corrected. Ive been getting botox for 3 years now, not once has it not worked. Show more

Thank you for leaving a review, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided. I always ask my clients to send me photos of their progression with anti wrinkle treatments between their first and top up session, the recommended time for full effect is 2 weeks. You sent a photo on day 5 which showed there had been effect from your top up despite not leaving the full length, I then explained a few reasons as to why results vary between clients which is explained before treatment, this is where I was unable to refund you. Hope this helps:)
