My worst experience. Seemed to be double booked resulting in me waiting 20 mins for my appointment without much acknowledgment. I agreed to have a cou...ple inches off to get rid of the dead ends when she brought up layers. When it came time to doing the layers she ran off to wash her other clients hair and had another staff member take over. The second staff member was very friendly but i had only agreed to layers in the front of my hair and ended up with layers all over my hair so i lost much more of my hair than I wanted (6 inches total). Still an alright haircut just not what I expected. I guess I got what I paid for. Show more

Eyelash extensions VOLUME 6D

Asked for a certain type of lashes and booked in for 6D volume lashes and the lady started doing them and they look like natural lashes. I paid 50 pou...nd for 6D volume lashes. Was also very rough when doing them and had pulled out 2/3 eyelashes so I have a gap. Not very happy with the experience at all just over 5 days after having to remove them as they had irritated my eyes and had woken up with a swollen face after a day of having done and now having to think about going to A&E as can’t get them off of my eyes never been in so much pain my parents would also like to have an email address for the manager and a copy that you are licensed to do lashes Show more
