Restyle Haircut

I had a great experience at this barbershop. My barber, Louis, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The other male barber, a tall guy with tattoos, ...was also very approachable, and both were a pleasure to chat with. As for the haircut, it seems like a good cut so far, but it's a bit too early to fully judge. Haircuts often need a few days of washing and styling to see how they settle and see how they are. I've just come home and washed it, and am about to head to bed so it's far too early to tell. What really stood out was Louis' dedication. Despite me arriving very late due to circumstances beyond my control, he managed to accommodate me thanks to a cancellation. Even so, he went above and beyond, spending extra time to ensure I was completely satisfied with my haircut. His customer service was top-notch—he even offered me coffee or water multiple times during my visit. The shop has comfy couches to relax on while you wait. However, the placement of the mirror is a significant drawback. It’s too far away to see any real detail of your haircut while seated. I found myself needing to stand up and lean forward, but the countertop restricted me. This is definitely something the shop could improve on, though it's no fault of the barbers themselves. You do need to be able to clearly see your haircut at various stages during the cut to direct the barber. Overall, it was a positive experience thanks to the excellent service and friendly atmosphere. If they address the mirror issue, it would make the experience even better. Show more
