Altered booking on the day - to a different time and different barber - which initially didn’t mind as emergencies could happens but the initial barbe...r turns up at the appointment time having lunch and cuts another person in the time my appointment was. Really unprofessional- no explanation of the last minute change or any apology. I expected more given that I was highly recommended the barber and he’s the owner. No care for a persons schedules- just as I wouldn’t turn up late for an appointment likewise - it’s not nice to change the timing and barber on the morning of the booking - making me miss my Friday prayers - as the change in time wouldn’t have meant I would have turned up late for the booking Show more
