Easy to access and figure out, brilliant idea. I’m not social at all so it is ideal for me to get used to the machines and do more weight training to ...tone up rather than sticking to cardio in a public gym. Would be even better if there was a toilet 🫶🏽 Show more

Absolutely fantastic space for us to use. Gym had everything in we would have wanted … and more! Was sceptical tbh as price was spot on but it far exc...eeded our expectations. All equipment clean, in good working order and instructions to get in so easy! Will be block booking sessions as it’s the perfect gym for us to use as we are intimidated in normal gyms whereas this was a great space to gain confidence whilst working out ! Show more

Amazing Gym! Amazing idea! Always clean and there is plenty of cleaning materials provided so you can wipe machines down yourself. Making my fitness... journey so much easier as I’ve never enjoyed the gym before coming to D1! I also bring my cousin who has additional needs and he really enjoys being able to work out without lots of people around! Show more
