I had dermaplaning treatment yesterday with Erin and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, she was incredi...bly welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to assess my skin condition thoroughly before beginning the treatment, explaining each step in detail so I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout. Though there wasn’t much peach fuzz on my face, she still performed the dermaplaning with precision, focusing on gently exfoliating and removing dead skin cells to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion. I appreciated how honest she was about what my skin looked like and needed—there was no upselling, just thoughtful and professional advice. After the dermaplaning, she applied an LED light treatment to further calm and soothe the skin, boost collagen production, and help with overall skin health. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating addition to the session, and my skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. She also gave me personalized recommendations and samples on skincare products tailored to my skin type and current condition, which was so lovely as a first time customer. I have actually now booked in to get micro needling as it was highly recommended by Erin. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly knows skin, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel well cared for throughout the process. Thanks again Erin – see you in August!
