This woman is a SCAMMER. Ladies/Gents dont be fooled, she will give you loads of personal excuses then turn it around and make herself a victim if you... ask for a service you have paid for. I had my 1st botox injections, sketchy unfinished venue and turned up late, after alteady rescheduling. When it came to top up appointment, 1st time no show, was meant to send alternative appointments - never did, i booked 2nd time through Booksy, was going to be a no show again, glad I've messaged prior to confirm, only to hear more personal excuses and no alternative offer, until i asked for it. Once i asked, she got really defensive, claims she didn't like my tone. Played a victim all along, trying to guilt trip me, as if I was being rude for asking for what i paid for. Disguisting communication, hostile, defensive, distrustful. Said she'd give me 25% discount by end of yesterday for no top up, yet no communication, as expected. However, all over social media, enjoying beach outings and festivals at the same time. Please do not fall for the excuses. This business will be reported to it's regulators and I inspire everyone to do the same. If you dont believe me, please look at the other 1 star comments. The woman is always a victim of some personal stuff and using the same lines such as 'please don't talk to me this way'. Toxic AF! Dont be fooled. Show more

Sometimes people forget that business owners do have personal life’s too! I’ve had alot I’m juggling and I even offered an alternative date and time and you just kept going on and on to me like you have with this review! I do a really good job and my many clients and reviews state this! You will always get someone who feels entitled to treat you this way when you can’t manage it all and sometimes life happens! You’ve chosen to come on here a slate me and even tho I explained my personal circumstances and that’s really sad! Sorry you felt the need! Please do not slate me any further really no need for it and have a good evening! Sending you happiness and cost nothing to be kind and I really won’t ever be spoken to like it when you wouldn’t like it if no need for it! I can't write any review as my appointment did not happen. It was very unfortunate booking from the begging. I had to reschedule it myself at first du...e to chickenpox (which was the only way as it is obvious that no reputable therapists, beautician etc would allowed me into the studio with highly contagious virus disease). When my day of appointment finally came to date I drove over 40 minutes one way only to find studio closed. When I asked if I can get my deposit back I received a response to "not to talk to her like that". Well... I didn't write anything unkind, simply asked if I can get the money back as there was no information given about cancellation. So .. Im taking one star for lack of information about cancellation - it's extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We can all have some rough time and thats ok. But its really not that difficult and doesn't take much to be considered about others. One because studio was closed when I arrived. One because I had to spend over 1.5hr driving both ways for nothing. One as I don't think I'll ever see my deposit back. I have been treated like it's my fault and I should not even think about my customer rights. As I can see and hear, I'm not the only one. Some people just don't bother to write reviews. Show more
