Had Biab infill Sunday 28/09/2025 and two nails have chipped I have only been typing at my computer. Messaged 5 star nails twice and no reply. I usual...ly enjoy coming to get my nails done but the level of attention wasn’t there on my last visit it felt very rushed. I book with certain staff members and never get them always end up with someone different what is the point of a booking system as I choose who does my nails well and spends time in there work to end up with someone different Show more

Sorry darling, we have had problem with our FB page that we could not sign in, so we could not answer you at the moment. Apologising for your disappointment. Please if you want someone to do your nails just tell us, as sometimes diffirent staff are free to call customer they just come and do not tell anything so we would not know.
