Hi bethany! Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, with you only booking a money piece colour, this does not include your whole hair being lightened, as this was explained to you. As for the tone of your hair, you wanted your blonde “ashy” this will always appear darker then a bright, clean blonde. In future, I would advise you book a half head or a full head to achieve maximum brightness that you wanted.
