The lady was lovely however the nails were awful. So messy! I have never been to a nail salon and come out with such messy nails. So upset 🙏🏻❤️ RE R...eply: I was there for the full hour and was not offered for any hand clenaing to be done? Also my daughter lad her lashes done and left crying as she had saved her money and they were not what she asked for at all. She was there for 2 hours not the 1 hour booked and missed her appointment in Bridgend also as a result. Show more

Good evening, I'm sorry for your experience. Had you contacted us we might have been able to solve the issue. The chrome can be messy as its a powder and we had advised for you to wash your hands . Had you not been pushed for time and the hand cleaning done in the salon we could have had a final check before allowing you to leave the salon.
