An oasis of wellness & calm in a beautiful setting. The facilities are unique. You have complete privacy in the exceptionally clean sauna and ice bath... suite. My husband & I have been coming here once a week for the best part of 2 years and we love it. It helps us to wash away the stresses and toxins built up over the week. Afterwards we feel rejuvenated, completely relaxed and ready to go back into the world to face the week ahead. Show more
