Although the salon and it’s interior surroundings were clean & relaxing and nails/eyebrows satisfactory I don’t think I will be comfortable returning ...to a salon where I was constantly being spoken about in another language by Bella & a lady she introduced as her sister. This happened from the moment I sat down and throughout most of my 1 1/2 hr appointment when for the most part it was just me & the two ladies, though this did stop when another lady attended for her appointment in the latter part of my appointment to show that the ladies knew this was inappropriate. Considering the ladies appear to have been in the profession for a number of years and mentioned they run more than one premises I find this to have been highly unprofessional behaviour and not a great first impression by Bella and her sister. Hi, Thank-you that you took time to write the review, we will take this in consideration, However I just want to explain that we are very professional and friendly that is why our customers keep coming back us. English is not our 1st language and it is a natural human reaction when they are with family they will talk in their own mother tongue. It was a very minimal conversation regarding the tools as she just came here for a day to see me and she is not familiar where everything is placed and after asking me she was fully concentrat.
