I went to Robyn’s Rejuvenation initially for 2 areas of Botox. However, after multiple times trying (4/5) the Botox just would not take and I was not ...happy with the results. Granted, Georgia was lovely and did try multiple times to correct it, but the product was clearly just not for me. After expressing that I don’t feel this is the right product for me (I have had Botox before and has taken first time, within 5 days max) and asking for a refund, I was told this wasn’t possible and therefore I opted to change my treatment for lip filler instead. The whole process was fine. However, my top lip is a lot bigger than the bottom, after swelling had gone down, which has given me a look I did not necessarily want. Although Georgia is amazing to speak to and an absolutely lovely person, I feel it is important to know these honest reviews, when looking for a practitioner. I have since had Botox done elsewhere (worked first time) and now I am having to pay additional to have my bottom lip matched to the top. Again, this isn’t a personal review, I think Georgia is lovely. Unfortunately her services were just not for me and have cost me a lot more to correct Show more

Hey Kaalen, First of all thank you for your kind words I appreciate them and I appreciate your review. You came into the practice on the 27th December which we did Botox and then contacted me again around 4 weeks later on the 29th January expressing some “small lines had came back” after explaining Botox can last anytime between 1-3 months per client depending on lifestyle, client metabolism and other factors you then requested a refund. For this reason I declined the refund you wanted, you then asked for a different treatment in good gesture of the Botox only lasting around 4 weeks to which I was more than happy to do. The shape you requested was Russian lips, Russian style is more defined on the top boarder and gives a more love heart shape with the definition being present in the middle of the lower lip. You did request more filler in the sides of the lower lip to which I advised wouldn’t look good with the technique you were wanting and would give a sausage look to the bottom lip.We finished the treatment and you explained you were happy with the the lips afterwards. I’m sorry that this experience wasn’t for you and the extra costs you have had to pay costs elsewhere and hope you can have more positive experiences in the future. Regards, RobynsRejuvenation
