I’ve had some pretty tough experiences with laser removal in the past – lots of pain, wounds, and a long recovery. With Anna, everything feels complet...ely different! The healing process is so light and smooth, and I can already see the color fading. My case is quite complicated (my eyebrows were done over 12 years ago and they looked more like a real tattoo), but the results are amazing. Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing Anna’s work. Unfortunately, you arrived 25 minutes late for a 30-minute session without notifying us in advance. In such cases, we are unable to transfer the deposit, as the session effectively could not take place. This policy is clearly stated at the time of booking, and we do our best to uphold it to ensure fairness for all of our clients. We are always willing to accommodate when delays are communicated ahead of time — in those situations, we’re often able to adjust the schedule and find a solution. However, making exceptions without any prior notice would be unfair to other clients who also value our time and plan their appointments responsibly. We respect everyone who visits us and truly appreciate your feedback.

I highly recommend laser garden London. My appointment with Anna was great. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. I had tattoo brow removal. I ha...ted my grey brows. I could see so much difference just after one session. The treatment was super fast and therefore the pain wasn’t even noticeable. If you’re thinking about removing permanent make up there is nothing to be scared. I expected my brows to be red after the treatment but they were only slightly pink.
