Teddy had a previous bad experience with a groomer and became very anxious. Because of this I spent a while trying to find a mobile groomer to help tr...ansition him back to being calm during his visits. Unfortunately this backfired as I was unsuccessful in finding someone to take him on and it just delayed the process, so by the time he got to AM Dog grooming today he was very grown out and had gotten matted. Although this meant he had to have a short haircut, you’ve done such a beautiful job, he looks and smells amazing and most importantly he is happy and has been well cared for throughout. He hasn’t been left anxious from the experience at all. I can’t thank you enough for looking after him and I’m booking his next two appointments as we speak so that we never end up overgrown again! I booked my dog in for a groom and added a facial as extra. My dog has health issues which were discussed before bringing him. I collect my dog who is... a platinum frenchie and he had been washed by shampoo which made him have a yellow tint. He didn’t get his blueberry facial and his nails weren’t cut. I messaged about his nails and I was told to bring him back to get them cut. The girl was so unpleasant and was pulling my dogs legs to cut him. I’ll never be back and I certainly wouldn’t leave my dog there either. Shocking Show more
