Now, people ask me if they are my real nails!!! This was my fresh set from today and how lush and clean do they look. Unfortunately, due to my work I can only have natural colours on my nails. I’ve been having magpie builder gel for the past 5 years or so and having moved to a Salisbury I was looking for a new nail technician to move to. I a...rrived early as I didn’t know where the place was and Sammi offered me a seat to wait which was good. When it came to my appointment I told her I wanted an almond shaped nail as they were from my previous appointment, but what she gave was was a rounded bulbous shape which is really unattractive. She remove and reapply the gel, she didn’t remove any cuticle growth and didn’t display any care for my nails and it was evident that she wanted to do them as quickly as possible get my money and get onto the next one. The nail sample colours I was handed were very limited and dirty and I won’t be going again. I wasn’t going to give a review because I don’t like giving a negative one but it wasn’t good service and I was disappointed. Show more

I’m truly sorry to hear you left feeling disappointed, as my aim is always to provide a luxury, one-to-one experience where every client feels cared for. ✨ As we discussed during your consultation, due to your recent house move and the damage your nails had unfortunately sustained, we mutually agreed to reduce the length and round them off for strength and protection. The plan was, as your nails grew back healthier, we could refine them into the almond shape you love. When it comes to cuticle care, I choose not to cut away living tissue as this can cause trauma. Instead, I use a gentle filing method designed to keep the skin around your nails healthy and refined. In terms of colour options, I carry over 100 Magpie gel shades – offering a full spectrum from timeless nudes to on-trend brights – so the choice is anything but limited. 🌸 I genuinely appreciate feedback, as it allows me to ensure my standards remain as high as possible. I’m sorry your experience didn’t reflect the level of service I strive for, and I wish you all the best moving forward in finding a technician who perfectly matches your needs. 💗
