she wasn't there! apparently she confirms appointments by telephone, even though the appointment stated confirmed in the app, so why didn't she phone ...me in the morning before I left home if that is the case? Show more

Hi Jacquline, We did speak on the phone when you arrrived and it was clear that you made 3 appointments within 1 week, cancelled 2 and re-scheduled one at midnight for the next morning, it appeared to me that is a scam booking so I did not call you to confirm. I also acknowledged there may have been a miss understanding and offered you an additional treatment to compensate for your travels.
