Hi Kate, And thank you for your feedback as we are constantly trying to improve our customer experience. We understand your frustration but, as you arrived nearly an hour before your appointment. the extra few minutes seemed much longer. We are sorry on this occasion we could not accommodate you earlier than scheduled. The time on the relaxing massage chair wash felt a long time, as we applied a deep nourishing hair mask in which is designed to thoroughly nourish both your hair and scalp and has to be left on for the time specified to revitalize your hair for better results. We apologize for not communicating this to you and making you feel abandoned this was never our intent . Only for you to enjoy the massage experience whilst nourishing your hair. You never made it aware to us that you had any time restraints. Upon leaving the salon you seemed more than happy with the results and never communicated anything different! We truly appreciate your business and understanding and look forward to welcoming you back!
