On a bit of a whim i chose the 2 hour Japanese Head Spa, and I'm so pleased i did! You get so much from the service, with multiple head massages, incl...uding with different types of combs, a facial, arm and hand massage and neck and shoulder massage. I don't find it easy to relax, but i think it would be impossible to not come out feeling totally relaxed. Before going in I thought the halo shower head probably would've feel any different to a normal one, but i was wrong! It's a totally different sensation and literally gave me chills (in a good way!). I would highly recommend this service and Beauty by Gem. I will definitely be goinv back again! Show more
