What an excellent experience, have to admit to being a tad apprehensive on arrival, but the staff where superb in explaining what would happen. Then ...your in 60 mins and go, weird sensation at 1st but once youve regulated your breathing all good, sit back and relax. Told to relax after the session and boy we did, slept. Have already booked again. Give it a go you will be refreshed. Show more

I had a sauna, ice bath and vitamin c shower. It was just what I needed after an ultra run the previous day. The lady on reception was lovely, she mad...e me feel very welcome, provided me with everything I needed and was very informative. The room was immaculately clean and very quiet, perfect for relaxation. I would highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning. Show more

Have been suffering with non insertional Achilles tendinopathy for around 10 months now and wanted to try this therapy along side my current physio & ...rehab sessions. I’ve had 3 60mins sessions so far and have certainly felt the benefits with reduced inflammation and tenderness in the Achilles. And I’ve got further sessions booked in. Two Person 30 minute HBOT Taster Session

My husband and I wanted to boost our overall health, energy, and immune function, and this procedure did not fail. We gave the 30min session a go for... our first time in the HBOT, and I 100% recommended this treatment! We all have our aches and pains, and after this treatment we both felt energised. I have an injury to my thumb, and now I have a little more movement, and that’s just after a 30min session! We sat comfortably with foot rests watching tv. 2 way communication - were we had regular checks and liaised information. We were also provided with blankets and water. Definitely will be going back! Great session. Left feeling like I could breathe in for about 10 minutes! The ladies are lovely and really look after you too. My dad came with me, he... has COPD, and the chamber really helps put some colour in his cheeks and he feels much better for doing it. Show more
