First time at this salon. Had a full set of acrylics with shellac colour in under an hour! Salon felt very relaxed and didn't smell very fumey like so... many other salons where you leave with a headache. Thank you for your feed back. At your appointment time, everything seemed satisfy as there were no concerns raise before you left the salon. In our policy we provide 3 days warranty to address any issue about lifting or chipping. Since this feedback gave nearly 2 weeks later ( your appointment was on 2nd August) without any supporting evidence, it is not fair for us. We are always do all our best to made clients happy with quality results, and we are always open to all clients contact us within warranty period for any problem with the nails. Thank you for understanding.

Well, where do I start. Had my nails done by Amy and Catier and they’ve turned out amazing! Initially went in wanting BIAB extensions but was told (by... Amy) that I would be better suited to GelX if I wanted to keep the original length of my natural nails and I trusted her expertise. I cannot stop looking at my nails and I highly recommend them to anyone in and around the Dorset area. Great banter, very friendly and chatty, always making sure that I felt empowered to let them know about anything I didn’t like so they could correct it, being aware of what was within their scope of practice and allowing someone else to take over if they didn’t feel it was up to the standard of the usual reputation of Nails By Catier (which was still incredible from what I saw!) Well worth the 1hr 30min round-trip! Show more
