Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your results. As discussed during your keratin treatment, this was not a permanent straightening process, and the results would vary depending on how often you washed your hair, especially given its highly textured nature. While you were happy with the results at the time, I was surprised to hear that you were unhappy later, especially since even after two lightening sessions, your hair remained noticeably straighter than at the initial appointment. Regarding your color, I informed you during both sessions that achieving platinum blonde after using box black dye would not be possible. After strand testing, I initially declined to color your hair, as I explained it would lift warm and not give you the white results you wanted. Additionally, the ends of your hair disintegrated in the foil. You assured me you understood this would be a gradual process, so I proceeded with two 8-hour sessions, using a lower-level peroxide to preserve your hair’s integrity. After lifting from a level 3/4 to a 7/8, I reminded you at the second appointment that platinum blonde wasn’t achievable, but you chose to proceed. I understand that the cost of three appointments over three months feels expensive, but I believe the quality of the products used, the time invested, and the result of a level 9 blonde justify the price.
