I booked an appointment through booksy and it was confirmed. I arrived 10 minutes early and no one was in the salon. I attempted to call- number out o...f order. I also attempted to contact via instagram and Facebook with no response . I waited until noon. ( Appointment was at 1145) Hoping this is a technical error but very inconvenient 🥺 I am a working mum and had to get arrangements. Seems to be a common occurrence. Show more

Hi should you need to speak to someone regarding appointments you can message us directly on our Facebook or instagram pages. Cancellations can occur from time to time unfortunately, and be outwith our control. I have had a look over your appointment history and noticed two cancellations from us over the past couple of months. However there have been several more cancellations from your side, which we have never asked for the cancellation fee as we try to be as flexible and understanding as possible. My daughter’s appointment was at 2:30pm, we arrived early at 2:25pm. We were told there would be a 10–15 minute delay, yet we were not seen until 3:20...pm - 50 minutes late for a haircut that didn’t even last 5 minutes. Waiting that long with a 4 year old is difficult enough, but I also had a newborn at home and had not planned on being away for that long. This was far beyond what was communicated and caused significant inconvenience. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this salon. I expect a prompt response and a gesture of goodwill to acknowledge the poor service provided. Show more
