Hi should you need to speak to someone regarding appointments you can message us directly on our Facebook or instagram pages. Cancellations can occur from time to time unfortunately, and be outwith our control. I have had a look over your appointment history and noticed two cancellations from us over the past couple of months. However there have been several more cancellations from your side, which we have never asked for the cancellation fee as we try to be as flexible and understanding as possible.
