Amazing experience. I had sadly had a prior negative experience before coming to Andrea, but I explained all of this to her and she was so knowledgeab...le and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and over two weeks later after treatment I’m so very happy. She immediately gave me confidence within seconds of meeting her. Andrea is lovely! She dissolved my old distasteful filler which had migrated causing a lump on my bottom lip, she talked me through the whole process ...and how the dissolver works to get rid of the filler. She made me feel so comfortable and reassured which put me at ease when I was nervous. Andrea has now re filled my lips, I explained that I loved the shape of my natural lips and wanted to keep that shape. She re filled them beautifully and exactly how I wanted them, this is the first time I’ve actually loved how my lips look after having filler. She was also very gentle causing minimal pain. I’m so happy with my results and will definitely be using Andrea again for my other aesthetic procedures. She’s lovely, reasurring and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend using Andrea.
