Iona has never failed to make me feel amazing after any of my treatments and ensures I’m happy every time. She is very accommodating and always a good chat - Iona remembers conversations from previous visits and asks how things are going from previous conversations. I feel that I’ve found a friend as well as a business which isn’t common from my experience - most places want you in and out so they can prepare for the next client but Iona is happy to chat after treatments are finished!
