We cannot pierce you if you're pregnant, you must be 6 weeks postpartum & not breastfeeding. If you are currently taking medication it may be best to check with us that we can still pierce you before book. All appointments require a minimum of 72 hours notice to change or rearrange. Any changes made under 72 hours you will lose your deposit. If you have booked within the 72 hours notice period then you cannot change your appointment date. If you’re late for your appointment by more than 10 minutes it will be cancelled and your deposit retained. A new fee will be required to re book. Once a deposit is placed it is non refundable. No exceptions.
