Complaints You are paying for my time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service so no refunds will be given for any reason on service or products. Before an appointment No Aspirin and other blood thinning medicine min 3 days before the treatment, no alcohol, no drugs. No coffee, black Tea or energy drinks min 3h before the treatment. Please inform me if you have any health issues If you taking any medication please inform me about this 7. More info Aftercare is provided and must be followed I would kindly ask don’t bring children or babies to your appointment, unless someone can watch them in the waiting area outside of treatment room I do not Colour boost or Touch-up' treatments after another technicians. It will be treated as new treatment so full prices will be charged. A Patch test is required at least minimum 2 days before the treatment. Please inform me about any Semi Permanent Make up you have had done before booking an appointment – if you need do a cover price will be different and it will be depends of product used 7. Contraindications If you have any contraindications below please don’t book an appointment. If you book an appointment booking fee will not be refunded -pregnant or breast feeding -allergic reaction to pigments or hairdye -allergic reaction to lidocaine, a relaxing preparation with anaesthetic effect -dermatologic skin lesions in the area where the procedure will be applied (phlegmonous acne, suppuration, allergic or fungal lesions in the procedure areas, angiomas, lichen, papillomas, skin breakdowns, sunburns); -psoriasis (active), (Koebner response) -vitiligo (Koebner response) -unstable diabetes -hemophilia -cancer -hepatitis or HIV -cardiac arrhythmia -epilepsy -herpes -nervous hyperactivity, nervous twitches -an eyeball disease (concerns eyelid makeup) -conjunctiva or eye inflammations (concerns eyelid makeup) -eye surgeries (concerns eyelid makeup) -retinal sclerosis (concerns eyelid makeup) -tendency for keloids and scars -undergoing steroid therapy -undergoing antibiotics therapy -taking blood thinners -appling topical-use medicines in the procedure area -an exfoliation procedure within 4 weeks before the procedure -eyebrow and eyelash enhancers within a month before the procedure (concerns permanent eyebrows, permanent eyeliner) -not undergoing dental treatment (concerns lip makeup) -taking retinoids -no temperature or cold on the day of the procedure and min 3 days before -no alcohol or drugs within the last 24 hours -taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) -oily, porous thick skin -an autoimmune disease
