Tracy was lovely but running 45 minutes behind, I arrived for my appointment early, no one really acknowledged me for a few minutes then the owner cam...e over and asked was i being looked after, then my hair was washed. I was left sitting there again. Then Tracy eventually came over to me, she was lovely and chatty. Cut my hair didn’t let me check the length or ask did I want more off nothing. I ended up being an hour and a half sitting there when it should have been 30 minutes, told her it was my baby shower, I was late for my makeup appointment. Very badly run, no professionalism, all strolling around. Leaving customers sit there. Appointments are booked to be finished on time not delayed especially when people have things planned Show more

I’m so sorry that's how you felt Miranda , I did tell you I was running behind and apologised to you . I asked you at the beginning how much I was cutting from your hair and you told me and that's how much I cut . You certainly would have not been done in 30 minutes for a wash , cut and blowdry . You had a restyle and as you know you have loads of hair. I also offered to curl your hair free of charge after your wash cut and blowdry and you were quiet happy to accept and have that done you never mentioned being in a hurry or being late for your next appointment . I do apologise and I’m sorry you were not quiet satisfied with the service provided . I will take on board the factors you have brought to light and thank you for your custom . Such a great salon with the best staff. Shout out to Tracey for giving me a great wash, cut and blow dry...My hair is naturally very curly & many styl...ists struggle to blow dry it straight, but Tracey did an incredible job in no time. She's also very friendly and easy to chat away to, so that the service she provides is an immensely enjoyable experience. Shout out to Danielle too who did my lash lift. She's also very friendly and a very talented professional. The service was so relaxing and I couldn't have been happier with the way they turned out...She made my lashes noticeable but subtle, which was exactly the result I hoped for. I would recommend these ladies and the salon to anyone. The only complaint I have is that I can't give more than 5 stars 😁 Show more
