I booked though the app, I went on time waiting for 15 minutes .., rang couple of times… at the end she replied that she was sick wishing her recovery... fast. Due to technical issues she couldn’t cancel my appointment.., I drove for 30 minutes to be there on time and waited for 15 mns.., it should be follow up
