This was my first time using Lucas as a new customer. I booked a diagnostics appointment for a very reasonable €30 with the hope of finally trying to ...get my problem resolved after many other garages wouldnt look at my car for a number of weeks, I got my appointment on the same day. Lucas immediately looked at my car and test drove it. Identified the issue he believed was causing the problem (EGR Valve not operating) and didnt even need the computer on the day; and as such very kindly didnt charge me. He gave me 2 solutions to resolve the issue- replace the parts with him or a longer term solution of deleting the EGR completely which is a service he does not offer; so he wasnt out to get money off me. I have opted for the latter option of deleting the EGR with another service provider but will definately be back to Lucas for future work after this pleasent experiance Show more
