Staff were nice, very nice and clean shop. However, made a booking for a specific time. One of the staff had just finished with a client and i thought... id be next but your staff member let a customer who missed their early slot time and took another person who arrived ahead of me but didnt have a booking. Therefore i was left for a further 20 minutes wait. What is the point of making a booking to he bumped back. Overall not a great experience. Don't think I'll be back Show more
