I had a scheduled appointment but still ended up waiting about 20 minutes, which was a bit disappointing. The haircut itself felt a little rushed—fini...shed in around 15 minutes—and I left with wet hair, which I didn’t expect. That said, I completely understand it was a particularly busy day, and I appreciate the effort of the staff during those times. In the end, my girlfriend really liked the haircut, so that’s definitely a plus. While the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. Show more
