Although the nails turned out okay in the end, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the service. She kept cutting my finger over and over again in t...he same spot and would act like she forgot she cut me in the first place and went roughly over the skin with the file. Also got gel on the skin which shouldn’t happen as that’s a risk of getting contact dermatitis. Too harsh during filing and with the nail drill. I asked for French tips and they were crooked and uneven so I had to ask her to fix them and she seemed a bit annoyed at why I questioned her work. Show more

Thank you for your feedback, I apologise for the inconvenience, unfortunately your skin type is atopic predisposed to dermatitis, the skin is very thin and tender. Due to the fact that your natural nails are very damaged the previous time I had to do a lot of work in order to restore them and give them a more natural shape, so where your nail was missing I had to put the gel on the skin! Gel correction requires a hard abrasive for sawdust and unfortunately, since I had to correct a lot to get a good shape, I really intentionally wiped with a file, but I use individual materials for each client and immediately treated the area with special drops, unfortunately your skin is too thin and gel nails require careful filing! At your request, I corrected all the irregularities that you didn't like! Hope for your understanding. The first time you came with a very deformed nail plate, I tried to do everything in my power, but unfortunately I'm not a magician, on this correction your nails looked much better, but unfortunately it was still necessary to correct the consequences of the previous state, I did everything in my power, I bring my changes if I did not meet your expectations, but I repeat once again I am not a magician and in the first place everything depends on the condition of the hands and their natural shape .
