Very disappointing. Initially the receptionist told me I didn't have an appointment. Only when I showed her my confirmation email - for a medical pedi...cure - was I believed. I was asked to wait then I was directed upstairs and received a completely dry pedicure in an uncomfortable chair. No massage chair, no warm bubbly water to soak my feet, no foot massage to finish. Well below the quality of treatment I received previously. No explanation was given and no apology was forthcoming.

When I went in to get my nails done, they said they didn’t have my booking on the system. I should them the confirmation and they told me couldn’t do ...my nails for another 1.5jours with no apology. Terrible experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked a manicure w/polish and full spa pedicure (€83) at Clover Beauty Studio, but the experience was extremely... disappointing. The manicure was just a quick file and cuticle trim — no soak, massage, or proper nail care — and the pedicure was rushed with no relaxation or spa care as advertised. My skin was so dry and rough after. I was also double-booked due to their use of two booking apps, very unorganised and lack of care of incovenience to customer. The staff were unprofessional, with several people speaking over me in another language, making the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I emailed a detailed complaint directly to owner / management but received no response or acknowledgement, which is now over 2 weeks since I sent it. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this salon based on both the poor service and lack of customer care.
