Regarding the hard skin, we completely understand your expectations. During a pedicure, we remove hard skin carefully and conservatively because removing too much can damage healthy skin and may cause soreness or even bleeding. Our priority is always to treat your feet safely while achieving the best possible result. We truly appreciate your feedback and will certainly keep it in mind for your next visit.
