Very unprofessional experience with Alpha Barber. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived the shop was closed. If the shop is closed on Thursdays..., then the status should be updated on the app. If you don’t know how, I can gladly teach you how to update it. On the other hand, if you are not opening, then bookings should not be allowed on the Booksy app. Please learn some basic ethics. This is my first and last time here. Portarlington deserves better barbershops than Alpha. Thanks to Rehan for informing me, but unfortunately it was too late. Show more
