      What are LVL lashes? The LVL lash lift by Nouveau Lashes is a treatment that combines both an eyelash perm and an eyelash tint treatment. The best thing about it is that it enhances the lashes that you already have. Patch Test is needed for this treatment. Must be carried out minimum of 48hours before treatment. Please note this treatment can not be carried out if pregnant or breast feeding.
