I booked a sports massage with Ania as a last resort in an attempt to relieve my lower back pain. I slipped disks in my back from lifting too heavy at... the gym and was suffering daily for over six months. I had been going to the doctor regularly and had weekly physio appointments. My appointment with Ania benefit me so much more than any of the other appointments I had with professionals over the past six months. She is such an amazing lady. She thought me so much about the tissues and muscles of my own body that I did not know. She gave me so much advice and tips. But most of all her massage gave me immense relief from the pain I was experiencing. Within a few days the majority of my pain was gone. She relieved my pressure points and thoroughly released so much of the tension I was carrying around. I will be returning to Ania regularly and hopefully getting back to being active in the coming weeks. I could not recommend booking an appointment enough! Show more
