This is the 2nd time this has happened where we showed up for an appointment just to be told the barber isn't there. This time my son, 13 years old wa...s on his own and was told to come back in 30 mins because the barber isn't in but will be sorted out, and almost an hour later was told he'd still have to wait, so we'll need to reschedule. Haircuts are great but the booking system needs to be way better Show more

Arrived for an appointment, sat waiting 20 minutes to be told barber wasn't in, as he was sick. They could have cancelled by email or told when they ...arrived. One week later,we went again. No issues , no problems, an apology given and a free haircut. Well done MTB CUTZ and Rafa. Good customer service. Will return again. Show more
