Helen, Its very sad that you are not happy with alterations we did , and instead of telling me that decided to write a negative feedback. I am always here to look after your dress, and i don’t mind to drop the shoulder straps down if they feel to tight , or move the cups lower . I thought you will look for the bra as i advised , and I didn’t know that you are upset about that. Please come back and we will make a changes you need , if you couldn't get suitable bra. The price for alterations were agreed at the first fitting, because the work on the wedding dress is time consuming. Sorry for your experience, and i hope you will come back to get it sorted.
