I’ve had a few sessions and so far I like it. Daf the personal trainer is excellent he gets 5 stars on all counts. I put 4 stars because I think 1 of ...the nautilus machines is a poor design that doesn’t allow my legs to fit under the roller without compressing my calves way too hard. It’s the abdominal machine I find serious fault with the design and think it could harm the saphenous vein in your calf. Be careful of it. Show more

FIT20 is great way of building up your core strength and muscles, it is a slow pace, which is great for me with a back problem or anybody who is recov...ering from a injury. Every class is completed with a trainer which help you through your class. I would recommend trying it out. Show more
