I joined Fit 20 back in June and for me it has been a hugely positive experience. I was never a gym person and baulked at the thought of entering one....This place is a million miles away from what people would imagine a gym to be. Right from the start I found it so welcoming and the staff so encouraging. Most of my sessions have been with Bianka who is just brilliant,she is so friendly and so motivational all in one.I have had sessions with Kevin as well who is also great.I can't recommend it enough,I look forward to it do much every week. If like me you are not a fan of gyms this is the place for you. Show more

I’ve had a few sessions and so far I like it. Daf the personal trainer is excellent he gets 5 stars on all counts. I put 4 stars because I think 1 of ...the nautilus machines is a poor design that doesn’t allow my legs to fit under the roller without compressing my calves way too hard. It’s the abdominal machine I find serious fault with the design and think it could harm the saphenous vein in your calf. Be careful of it. Show more

FIT20 is great way of building up your core strength and muscles, it is a slow pace, which is great for me with a back problem or anybody who is recov...ering from a injury. Every class is completed with a trainer which help you through your class. I would recommend trying it out. Show more
