The service was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. I had to sit in their opened shop with another customer for the whole ...duration till somebody came but no one came. I even called but no one answered my voice mails. At least if the service wasn’t on at the time they should’ve sent me a message or even cancelled the appointment instead of leaving it confirmed. The staff really need to learn how to be better businesspeople if they want customers to keep coming back and avoid getting closed down. Finally I recommend them to decrease the amount they are charging for haircuts. After this experience I might consider going to another barber to get a haircut with a decent service system.

Your work is terrible and sloppy. How do you interlock locs without tucking in the excess hair or maintaining the body of the locs? You only focused o...n the roots and ignored the rest. And you charged €75 for this? Bullshit. This work is a mess and honestly feels like a scam. I even spotted a crochet hook there, and when I asked about fixing the body of the locs, she told me to go to Dublin to get it done. Crazy. I’ve never heard anything like that in all the years I’ve had locs. First and last time at MTB Cutz dundalk. I left the place really upset.

won't be back booked appointment online for 10 this morning only to be told the barber would be a few minutes late then told he wouldn't be in unti...l 2 ! do my son got his hair cut by the barber that was there 40 minutes after his original appointment time, then for him to cut his neck with the blade didn't give him a mirror to show his hair as he knew what he did and the worst hair cut , had to bring him to anther barbers to correct it so unprofessinal and not very apologetic either
