I am very disappointed with my nails. Firstly I booked biab and was turned down and made get acrylics as it claimed to do better with the design witch... is not true as my friend got hers done in biab same design as I asked for and hers were stunning. Secondly I was not given a top coat layer to finish off with so I can now feel my design. Overall I was not very happy with the turnout of my nails, below are some images to show the design I asked for, what I got and what my friend received from the same salon. This was honestly the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The technician was extremely rough, and my hands were bleeding before the session even star...ted. They were also very careless and dropped something on my phone screen, which ended up cracking which I only realised this when I got home. On top of that, the final result looks nothing like the picture I showed them. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. Show more
